Right in the heart of things, EXCELLENT restaurants and bars. Check-in/out smooth, staff nice and helpful. Mind-blowing size, clean, and more than expected. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, and spices found. Our stay at the Cosy City Centre Location, Hydro Massage Shower was fantastic. The flat was clean, tidy, and surprisingly spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, and spices in the kitchen. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us extra time for check-out. The location in the heart of Manchester was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to clubs, shopping, and restaurants. The bed in our room was comfortable, and we loved having Netflix on the TV. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, with plenty of activities like mini golf and bowling nearby, along with pubs and restaurants. Plus, there was a shopping center just across the road and a taxi rank around the corner.

The lift to the apartment was awful, with the smell of urine and weed hitting us as soon as we stepped inside. It was really off-putting and gave a terrible first impression of the building.
